A rare prototype lamp created by Gaetano Pesce around 2022. Originally made as a vase, Pesce decided one day to turn the form over and affix three resin feet to it. Adding a metal frame within to hold the electrical components, the vase was turned into a lamp. The red resin glows when lit, emitting a warm hue throughout the room and casting a star-shaped pattern onto the surface below. This example is one of a handful that Pesce created when testing this idea.
