ARTEMIDE TOGA CHAIR
SERGIO MAZZA FOR ARTEMIDE C.1969
The Toga Chair designed by Sergio Mazza. The design was first exhibited in 1969 at the International Furniture Exhibition in Milan. Mazza illustrates his distinguished taste in aesthetics and materials, using a hot press molded process to create a striking form. Comfortable and sculptural, the chair is also able to be stacked - advertisements for the chair from the 60s and 70s show towers of Toga chairs being stacked.
